So this post is a project of mine documenting the building of a jump that we never hit on Schweitzer. It was fun at least.

Matt G. givin' a "HEY"
We were walking around looking for just the right spot.

This is what it was: three boards in the snow.
Remember that now.

Cory Schneider up there coming to join us.
Aaron working hard.

Three boards in the snow?
It gets bigger.

The view was great. It was a beautiful day.

Luke with a block of snow.
Lots of blocks of snow.

Cutie.

Yeeaaaaaaah.

By this time (around 3:15) we decided that we were gonna miss the lift up, and hike out so we could continue to build.

Yeah, one of two craters/death traps for any skier thinking they were getting fresh tracks.
You should've seen them when we were done.

Once again, it was a beautiful day.

Good times.

We didn't finish, but it was getting late.
We decided to call it for the day and hike out.
On the way we came across what many know as the T-bar hut.
We decided to make it a wall/roof ride.
Gerad doing work.

Gerad working hard.

Not enough speed, it was a failure.
Well, Haggard Harder ended up making it on to the roof, but the photo wasn't cover worthy.
Don't worry about it.

Hiking out, beautiful afternoon.

That big open area in the background is where we built it.
It wasn't finished after this day, but we went back and got the job done.
The jump was about 12 feet high lip to ground. It was crazy.
We waited for a nice day to shred it, but the nice day never came.
It has rained a lot and the jump is probably ruined.
It still was a good time though.
Man, God is so good. He blesses us with so much!
Go out and enjoy what He has given you!
wow those were three amazing days we spent out there. correction, it didnt rain, it snowed. ALOT but there was like 80 mph winds and crap. we went back out three weeks later. the jump was still there but looked alot smaller. it was soft up on the ridge but the landing was blown clean to ice. couldnt hit it. good experience though
